Order and delivery

We ship stocked items to Sweden and Denmark, Monday - Fridays, the day after an order is confirmed. In Sweden, our carrier is DB Schenker and for Denmark it’s PostNord. If you want tracking numbers, please contact your sales executive. Shipping times are usually 1-4 days depending on distance.

We ship to Norway on Wednesdays but for duty and other administrative purposes involved in shipping items outside the EU, all orders needs to be placed on Mondays of that week. Our carrier for Norway is Ntex. If you need tracking o f your goods, please contact us on email or phone. Shipping times wary depending on distance and can be anywhere between 4-14 days.

We ship to Finland with carrier Shenker.

Normal shipping time is 4-14 days depending on distance from Helsinki.

Note that during national holidays shipping times may vary and delays are common.

The shipping time of bespoke products, specially made products or other customized products vary greatly depending of place of manufacture. Your sales executive will keep you in the loop and keep you informed.

Private consumers and residential deliveries
Smaller shipments within Sweden are shipped by Schenker Privatpak or Postnord to a delivery point near you. It’s important you enter the correct mobile phone number for receiving text messages about your delivery and when the goods are available for pick up. The delivery of larger items, like beds, will be outside your address on the street level. The carrier will call you with the heads up and information of day and approximate time, always daytime.
